Health and Wellness Lifestyle Coach Bino has called on the working class to make their work routine their workout routine especially for the busy people who find it difficult to do regular exercise.

The wellness coach, who is also a formal contestant on TV 3’s reality show Ghana’s Most Beautiful (GMB), emphasizes the importance of exercise, especially cycling, to the human body.

“Cycling is a very good exercise routine especially for the elderly. It helps to activate the heart and boost blood circulation. It also strengthens the knee by activating the knee muscle and takes pressure off the knee and activates the leg muscles equally as well as helps to lose weight. Cycling is one of the most effective physiotherapy routines” she stated

Coach Bino urges workers to have dedicated time for exercise and must be intentional about it.

“Be more mobile and then make an intentional effort; if your morning is busy then you should make time at home for exercise after work. You should have a dedicated time for exercise and it must be intentional” she admonished

She highlighted that sitting posture affects the body and advised that all should make sure to be in an upright position. “You need a very good chair not the one that will make you lean too much but an upright chair that will support you to be in an upright position and don’t slack too much” Coach Bino cautioned

Coach Bino stressed further on the need to cycle in groups since it’s safer and more motivating.

“But individuals whose environment is not safe for outdoor cycling, stationary cycling is ideal. Cycling is not just healthy, it also gives amazing legs and a beautiful body. If you enjoy cycling, join a group and cycle it up” She called on individuals to join the 3FM Tour du Ghana competition for a life long experience.  3FM’s Annual Tour du Ghana Cycling Competition takes of with 120 Cyclists Today
