A large lit jellyfish, lanterns constructed from recycled fishing nets, and a CD sculpture are among the 20 installations. The installations, according to the organizers, employ energy-efficient lights and ecologically friendly materials to urge people to adopt sustainable practices, while some visitors are skeptical of the festival’s ability to transmit an environmental message.
